I think habitual liars scare me pretty bad. I mean... it's so sick and twisted how people will lie about and make up stories about anything.

i get scared by people who seem to have nothing to lose like homeless people or people who are not stable and unpredictable

Yeah, I agree. That's why the scariest person on the planet is George W. Bush. He's not only a habitual liar, but he has his finger on the button, believes fictional being talk to him, and he wants war... bad combo.

Ignorant people scare me.
People who claim to love freedom of speech but then want to censor everything.
Politicians scare me. They start off good, then inevitably end up power hungry.

Anyone without a conscience. They will do just about anything without feeling remorse or guilt. Sociopaths have no remorse. They fear nothing.

STUPID people scare me. They know better but still do things WRONG. Ignorance is caused by not knowing. IGNORANCE can be corrected by proper training/education. STUPIDITY is for life.
