does anyone else have this 'new' chocolate phone? verizon wireless won't respond to emails and i need help!!

Question

so i have this 'new' chocolate phone from verizon wireless and it came with a USB port to plug into my computer. and when i plug it in, it asks what i want to transfer.... 'music' or 'data'

if i click 'music' i can take mp3's from my computer and put them on the phone, which is sweet

but if i click 'data' nothing happens. i cant access the phone from the computer, i can't put anything on it or take anything off of it or even look at it. what is the point of having this 'data' option?

and does anyone know how to get videos off the phone onto your computer that are over 30 seconds long? cause if it's over 30 seconds long it won't let me send it to anyone else or email it or anything. is there a way to get a video thats over 30 seconds off your phone and onto your computer w/ the USB port that connects the phone to your computer? and if so, how, cause they won't respond to emails and have made something that sounds simple very complicated

worst phone you could buy AND VZ will never be honest
ex VZ employee this thing is the most replaced phone they have no conectivity.
call Customer Service now and complain so you get another device.

Well the ex-vzw employee is almost right on most of his answers. I do agree that the chocolate is a useless phone if you want an mp3 player, buy one.
take this phone back you have a 30 worry free guarantee use it. If not call *611 and make sure you listen to the prompts and get the data support they will help as much as they can, which isn't much when it comes to bad equipment.

i had that phone and i hated it could not wait to get rid of it it did the same **** to me
