Oh, that pic is so cute. No, I have never given them baths. I wouldn't even attempt it. I just wipe them down.

We did once when I was a kid and I will never attempt it again! Our cat got sprayed by a skunk (cat thought it was a dog and was always getting into stuff like that) so it had to have a bath. The only other time was an accident on the part of the cat. He likes to bath himself in the bath tub (I know, it's funny) and my husband had left some standing water in the tub after taking my son out of the bath. Well the cat leaps in the tub, to take his bath - and he did! lol it was so funny. I felt bad for the cat, but he didn't get terribly wet as I don't think he was in the water for even a second. When he shook off the water he puffed right up too (he's got long fur). Sucky part was brushing him to make sure he didn't get his fur all in knots from it. He now jumps onto the ledge, then in the tub - smart kitty.

My cat made her way into a false ceiling a few years back and while up there somehow made her way into the furnace. I won't pretend to know anything about furnaces, but my then husband told me that it was the side that doesn't fire but has a lot of soot. He wiped her down a little prior to my coming home, but she was still pretty dirty and had to be fully bathed.

She wasn't happy and looked very much like a skinny little rat when I was done.

I've given my cat a bath before with this spray I got from the pet store it's kind of like foam...you put it on the cat and just rub it on , either with your hands or with a towel...it's not the best experience your cat will ever go through, but it's worth it if your cat is really dirty!!

I tried to give my cat a bath once, lasted less than 10 seconds...made lot of mess, water splashing everywhere and that was how the story went. lol

we have three inside cats. we give all 3 a bath at least once a month. lol....we all come out with scratches when we put the siamese cat in the water. never fails.

yes we have given Precious our cat a bath but I don't like it when she moves like a worm all over the house to dry up!!! So now I take her to the vet and they do the dirty job for $25.00! I rather spend the money, then to have cat hair all over!!

Once and only once. Actually he gave me a bath. Still have the remnants of the scratches to prove it LOL. That cat is gonna have to learn to shower on his own.

Only when he was near death.....My cat Simba was not taking care of himself properly, and was loosing weight, and very often soiled himself so it was up to me to take care of that responsibility! So as I was giving him a bath I started to sob uncontrollably at the amount of weight he had dropped because he was pretty big before his illness....My ex comes in and literally had to keep me from falling to the ground....It was so sad! but I got through it, and Simba died several days later......We were crushed!

Yes I did give my cat a bath and it wasn't the best time of my life....and yes she looked like your cat in the pic. my cat looked like she lost a few pounds because she looked so skinny and wet.
