An oil change is required whenever indicated by the message center and
according to the recommended maintenance schedule. USE ONLY
RECOMMENDED ENGINE OILS.
To reset the oil monitoring system to 100% after each oil change
[approximately 5,000 miles (8,000 km) or 180 days] perform the
following:
1. Press and release the RESET
stem to display “OIL LIFE = XXX%
HOLD RESET = NEW”.
2. Press and hold the RESET stem
for 2 seconds and release. Oil life is
set to XX% and “OIL LIFE SET TO
XX%” is displayed.
Note: Oil Life Start Value of 100% equals 5,000 miles (8,000 km) or
180 days. For example, setting Oil Life Start Value to 60% sets the Oil
Life Start Value to 3,000 miles (4,828 km) and 120 days.

This is right from the owners guide, hope it helps.

You should be able to go through the setup system until it reads the oil life percentage, and reset- new oil (something along those lines)
Then press the reset button for a few seconds. It should flash or maybe just change the percentage back to 100.

To be more clear lol - go through the system menu until you see "reset" and then hold down the reset button for a few seconds. Opps bikertrash just provided the answer!

You can start by getting an oil change. When you take it to a shop to do that, they should just reset it for you after that.
