I hate to tell you this but there is a gentleman in California who makes a living at doing exactly what you just asked about. He has been doing it for years and I don't know why no one has turned him in.

Please do not "BUY" your way into a real estate license. Not only are you cheating the industry, but your cheating yourself. The bigger point is that you are defrauding anyone, Buyer Seller, Broker who you would be working with. Fraud is a terrible thing to do to yourself but your Broker does not deserve the punishment. Buyers and Sellers contracts would not be considered legal and the ramifications of this event would be so astronomical.

Maybe that is why in the state of Indiana, the courts are looking at over 3,000 licensed real estate agents who are committing or have committed fraudulent transactions.

We all pay for that you know!

No you can't BUY a real estate license, in the state I'm from, a person has to go to Real Estate School (classes), be tested regarding real estate laws, etc--you know, EARN their license. I'm dismayed that you would want to do that. Shame on you.

You pay the fee AND have to pass a test, then the state gives you a license.
