Stork5100, I like your prophetic style.
The universe is both a real and a conceptual existence. The real is the part we can see, measure, even feel, touch and experience first-hand.
The conceptual is the part that is so far away that we have fragments of reality and have to "stitch" together a tapestry of logic in order to fill in the gaps. It is in this area that we fall short. It is in this area that we ask impossible questions. This is the nature of your question. It asks for reality, and all we can give it is logic and concepts that are presently difficult, if not impossible to visualize.
Theories are based on observations and measurements, but the logic and hypothesis we attach to them to fill in the gaps of understanding, turn them into scientific fairy tales, demanding that we find more proof. An infinite universe will, by necessity, require an infinite amount of proof.
Begin your journey below.

human beings like Stephen Hawkins (reported above) don't think that the universe has an facet or a centre. part of the vast Bang hypothesis is the Copernican or cosmological thought, which assumes that universe is the two homogeneous (no rely the place we view it from it consistently seems the comparable) and isotropic (it seems comparable in whichever direction we glance) and that the regulations of physics are the comparable everywhere. hence no facet or centre. yet this is an unprovable, philosophical (and unwarranted) assumption. The regulations of thermodynamics tell a diverse tale. the 1st regulation says rely/potential can't be created or destroyed. The 2d regulation says, in essence, that entropy is increasing and the universe is heading in the direction of affliction. because of the fact the universe isn't at present disordered it is going to be of finite age. The Bible describes of course the initiating of the worldwide, and hence something of the universe. It additionally has something to assert on the topic of the tip of the worldwide. See the link below for a superb kind of articles approximately astronomy, and a superb kind of scientific (and different) info that the universe had a initiating.

The Earth is not located at the center of our Galaxy. However the world did begin on Earth.
In that sense the begining is all relative to the Earth and all measurements are taken relative to the Earth.
Man did not create the Universe ,but was created to fit in this Universe. So man does not have a good enough eyesight to see where are the limits of the Universe . With a very dim vision man cannot see beyond those limits.
The Unverse could only be partially perceived by radio astronomy and on that basis have been able to map out some galaxies.
However ;were not able to map out the extent of the substance of space.

Hi,
Practically speaking there is no beginning and end of this universe. If you believe in big bang theory then this universe is expanding every moment.
But since you have asked so let me tell you that:
One definition of the Universe is that it encompasses everything. The visible (or knowable) part of the Universe is limited by its age: light and other information carriers have only a finite speed and have thus been able to travel only a finite (though very large) distance since the creation of the Universe. The Universe is now about 13.7 thousand million years old, so the radius of the visible Universe is now 13.7 thousand million lightyears or 4200 Mpc or 1.3 × 1023 km or 9 × 1022 miles. Light and other information that is travelling towards us from greater distances has not yet been able to reach us.

This is not really an answer but something I've always wondered about. What if the big bang was the beginning of OUR universe not THE universe. For example, in a black hole nothing, not even light, can escape. However relativity states that light will always travel at a constant speed to any viewer. So If I was IN the black hole and flashed a flashlight then that beam would have to travel outward at the speed of light. But to someone OUTSIDE the black hole the black hole is not changing in size. So the INNER universe is expanding (kind of like ours) but not to the outer viewer. These 2 universes (IN the hole and OUTSIDE the hole) cannot interact. What if the big bang that scientists speak of, and background radiation has proven, was just an occurrence INSIDE a black hole-type object. What if big bangs occur all the time when any star collapses to a singularity and hence, a black hole. Makes you wonder, huh....

The universe begins with you and it ends with you. You are the center. But you are also at the far edge of it.
Also, you're going to die. Someday.

No one knows, Not even Stephen Hawking. The concept of the universe is so Theoretical and abstract, that there are millions of theories, but no answers. the Universe remains a mystery
