If you haven't got anything written on your licence, you don't have any points.
If you were caught and just didn't receive the letter, I'm sure they would have found you by now. There is a fine to pay besides getting the points.
It amazes me how many people are allowed to drive around on the roads without knowing some really basic stuff. By the way, the speed camera would have flashed you because you were breaking the speed limit. It's not like a computer game where you just automatically gain points for it.

If you have not heard anything you don't have any points on your licence. If you had any you would have an endorsement on the licence you have in your pocket or wallet. The odds are the camera that flashed you did not have any film in. New cameras are digital and don't need film like the older ones . They keep the old ones flashing as a deterrent.

Unless you've sent your driving license off and they have phyisically put the points on your licence then you don't have any.
However, if you are sure that you saw the camera go off more than once but you havn't received any letters about it then you may want to check whether they have your most current address on the system. It may be a case that you don't have any points only because they havn't been able to track you down.

There is a section on your paper driving licence where any penalty points are displayed.
To get those points put on, you have to send your licence to the DVLA, after being convicted of an offence.
If you have never sent your licence to the DVLA, it won't have any points on it.

Points have to be entered onto the paper bit of your licence so you will know how many times you have been caught, fined and had the points written down for you.

That means you didnt get caught speeding. If you had any points it would be on the second part of your driving license.

if they do not contact you within 28 days of the offence, they cannot prosecute you. (doesnt count if you claim you didnt recieve the letter).
there maybe wasnt any film in the camera, etc.
you can call dvla, (number under drivers section of www.dvla.gov.uk, = 0870 240 0009).
give them your driver number, they will tell you what points you have, and how long until they come off youre licence.(stay on 5 years). mine come off next year, yippee.
