It depends on what you want to go for. No matter what, if you want to play football in Division I NCAA or get a scholarship, you will have to stand out in high school. Not to say you have to play every position or anything, but you have to be one of the best, if not the best, player on your team, and certainly the best at your position. If you are going for fullback, get really big and strong. Talk to your strength training coach, get in the gym and do those squats, whatever you need to do. Get your weight up if you can while keeping your fat down, so run as much as you can. If you can run 2 miles right now, great, if not, work up to that, then keep adding longer distances each week until you are running 5 miles or so at a time. Basically, push yourself to be the best. Your coaches can and will help you improve your skills, techniques, strength/conditioning if you ask them. Also beware though, that some things just aren't in the cards for some people, so keep your GPA up and don't put all your eggs in one basket. Hope you do well!

Work hard in the weight room. Have good tackling skills. Work on your form for sprinting. You are only going to be running 10-20yrds at a time not miles. Start working on your short bursts of speed. Also if your school does not have a big time program, do your own recruiting. For instance there are alot of good Div 1-AA or Div 2 schools. Put together your own highlight video and start sending them out to a bunch of schools.

If you want to be a fullback, you should practice wind sprints. That short distance running can make or break you.Long distance can be 3 miles or less if you want good endurance.
As far as being Asian,it is up to the man not his race.
Begin to think in terms of,"Who can I expect to be my toughest opponent?"
Train to the task and level that you think it will take.Find out what fullbacks train at on other teams.Do what they do and find out all that you can about the position.
Then,pour your heart into it.

Be agressive, make plays and work harder then the guy across from you. Even if you don't get a scholarship you can Play 1-AA, Division 2 or 3. Players in the NFL get drafted from smaller schools every year.

Well, you have to be a star player on your HS team for the college coaches to know about you...Work out, and just keep trying to increase the resistance(the weight you are lifting, the miles you run)...That will build your muscles, and your endurance for when you are actually playing during the season...Obviously, you should eat right too...

High School Football/College Football because NFL Football players play football for money, and high school football and college football players do it for the fun and excitement.

well there were some asians in the NFL, dat nguyen (pretty damn good too), kailee wong, timmy chang... there werent many but hey they were there. all you have to do is keep working hard, i cant plan a workout agenda for you, but you have to make all league, possibly all state. or your HS has to be really dominant so that scouts come to your games and watch and you have to be great when theyre watching. going to a football powerhouse HS will really help.
