How can I help my royal palm tree grow? It's small, not the real palm tree, it's small, and royal, it doesn't want to grow already for 1 year. It just stays the same. I've seen people grow it fast. Help!!!

Which and How Is the right of Needle Palm's seed put in deep 1/2 soil OR just on soil in the very small plastic bowl in the dark room with 65 Degree OR Needle Palm seeds put in the zip plastic bag like sandwich with vermculite and as liitle as just water put in dark with 65 degree or more?
