what pc game would you recommend to me?

i just finished GTA san andreas recently and i can't find any other pc game that's nearly as good.

would you recommend a pc game to me that's not the sims, world of warcraft, strategy nor a driving game and can be played with a game controller?
i'd be very grateful :D

Try DOOM 3, it will eat your brains and steal your soul, it's a good game with a game controller. hehe
