this lady was having panic attacks, and on yahoo answers she wanted help to cope with them.
i tried to help her, and then i did my best and i was polite.
then 15 or 20 minutes later, i get an email, and he says back off, what the heck? whats their problem?

not everyone appreciates the advice they get because it may not be what they want to hear. you may have said something too personal or sounded too directive to them... who knows? you can either try and find out what set them off or not take it personal. it's just email and they didn't really need to be nasty to you in the first place. i mean, if they didn't like what they read they should have ignored it. that's what i would have done. it never works to fight rude with rude anyway.
