where do you carry your money(the bills)? it is so big... maybe I am wrong. I was watching Hollyoaks and there was a scene with money in it, and the bills were so wide. Do men carry standard sized wallets or are they a little larger?

I agree that they can be folded, but I will admit to my ignorance of the paper currency's size.
The coinage prob is a pain, lol~
Thanks everyone~

Well my brother carries a standard size wallet and all the notes (bills) fit in easily - that is to say £5, £10 and £20 notes - I've never met anyone that has had a £50 note anyway and they are bigger than a 20 but since most stores don't accept them, very few are in circulation.

Coinage is the worst we have 8 different coins in normal circulation (1p, 2p, 5p, 10p, 20p, 50p, £1 and £2).

Strangely enough most working class men don't carry wallets, everything goes in their pockets. The women do tend to hold the purse strings tightly though so hold on to most of the money.

Size is not important! It's the number on the bill that matters!
