I think it would be refreshing and an awesome adventure, probably a great improvement in the quality of life. Although everyone of course would begin inventing things all over again. Necessity is the mother of invention. It would be interesting. When do we start?
The first thing to do would be to ensure all immediate life needs, make arrangements for warmth in winter, food storage, fresh water, etc.

If I am understanding your question...then we would go back to old fashioned ways. Depending of course, on how far back our technology vanished.

Id be happy I have a bike...
but seriously there would be no way to get people food so no matter what it would have a depressing ending
