Hi,
A whole lot of people feel the same way. There is nothing basically wrong with you that cannot be put right.
We all live today with pressures on us coming from all angles. This is why we get low at times.
If it persists or you have had this for a while I suggest seeing your doctor.
I have had to take some mild anti depressants for some years now. I have had a lot of illness and had to have a heart operation and nearly died. I have as a consequence been left disabled. This is frustrating and consequently I get low.
The pills I am on simply replace a chemical that my brain lacks which sends me depressed. With the pills I feel reasonably fine. Do not be put off seeing your doctor. There is no stigma to feeling as you do and it can be remedied so easy. Remember you are just one in millions who have this problem. With a bit of help you no doubt will eventually feel fine again. Your tiredness will also go as it probably is connected to feeling depressed.
Mike

Get off the net, I tend to stay on it for hours when I'm depressed but it makes me worse, I think you need a good ol' bit of social exercise, go drinking with friends or take a long walk to somewhere nice with someone that you know will be a good chat :)

I've been feeling that way for the last couple of weeks now. Try to get outside and do something. The sun might help peak up your emotions, and just getting out among other people might help as well.

Awww hun i'm really sorry your depressed. I know how it feels, because i'm depressed a LOT...actually too much. Maybe you should just go lay down for a little while, or listen to some music, that would probablly help you out. I get really cranky when I don't get enough sleep. Hope you feel better sweetie! (: *hugs*

Yes, I am with you. I have to literally DRAG myself out of bed and to do things. I feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders and they are giving out. I am going to try and drag myself outside and hopefully get some air. Why don't we both find a good HAPPY & FUNNY movie and watch it. Also some nice cheesecake ice cream would probably help too!

I'm not right now, but I've been there many, many times.
If you need someone to chat with, about anything-- feel free to send me an email. Seriously. I think it helps to talk with people who 'get' what you're going through. And I'm a great listener.
Just know that you're not alone.
