I am 18 and I wear a diaper. I don't use it, when I use the restroom I take it off and use the restroom just like underwear , but it is like a security blanket it me, nothing sexual it's not a fetish eww, it's just emotional, I have seen help and they tell me if it's not hurting anyone then there is nothing wrong with it, I mean some guys prefer boxers, some briefs, I prefer a soft cushy diaper, to me it's just another piece of clothing, so could any girl accept this, if she liked me and knew me for a few years before she found out?

Frankly, you could answer that better than anyone else could. There are many girls who would take one look at that and walk right out the door (no lie). And then again, there are girls who are more than capable of compassion and understanding.
You can try hinting it to her by asking hypothetical questions, or get her in a touching, compassionate mood to where she will be braced for such news. It's not just the girl, it's the time and place as well, so do everything you can to make sure it's the right moment to tell her. Don't try to change who you are by quitting diapers. If it's something that's a part of your personality and preference then that should be a part of your personal space. After breaking the news to her, try to talk it out and explain as you did to me, so that she can gain a better understanding and is less likely to judge harshly. Whichever way you do it, you HAVE to tell her...it's what she would want, because close couples don't keep secrets from each other.

Hmm, ok I'll try my best to answer this. I am a guy, but again I'll do my best.
It is very unusual. As far as I know, girls aren't fond of this, but I could be wrong. There is nothing wrong with wearing them, security reasons or not, but if someone found out (locker room in particular) it could really lower your self-esteem.
My advice, go out and buy either boxers or underwear. Wear them instead for a while. If you get used to them, then great! This way, you'll never have to worry about finding the right girl, because you won't have to tell her about the diaper. She'll never find out as long as you don't tell her. That is dishonest unfortunately, but at least it might save you any embarrassment.
If you don't get used to the boxers/underwear, that's ok too. If you do get into a relationship sometime down the road, wait for the right moment to tell her. If she is ok with it, good! If not, then she isn't right for you.

well, if she knew you for a while and you explained what it is like you did above, then i think a girl wouldnt mind. She might try to help you become more comfortable and secure without the diaper

yes i girl woulg accept it i mean i would cuz i fi knew a guy for a long time and i thought he was cute swwet and funny and i really loved YESSSSSSSSSS i would accept i mean there is absolutly nothing wrong w/ it i dont find anything wrong w/ it AT ALL =)
