Never have been suspended, but what you write about sounds like more than 50 pairs of eyes are watching that hypothetical person!

Suspensions usually come with violation notices. As for ur questions not posting not sure one of my contacts said his weren't posting earlier so maybe it's yahoo glitches but then he was concerned about his acct also.
