When I got my first two HPV shots, I wasnt sexually active, but the doctor still asked. They always asked. If you tell the doctor the truth, she cant tell your mom. Its patient/doctor confidentially, unless something has happened and your body has been infected in a bad way. Other than that, your mom wont find out. She might however see on the billing statement that you had a pap smear. When you start having sex, your GYN starts giving those out.
In a way of telling her, you'll just have to decide when the time is right and when you are most confortable having that dreaded convo. I know I didnt like the idea of her knowing that I was sexually active.

You shoundn't take the HPV vaccine because in England it has all ready killed 3 women, days after they got their shot. Go to a gynoacologist because he or she won't be able to tell your mom because if he does it is kinda illegal. My parents are not gonna let me take the HPV vaccine. Since it already has killed a few people. And they are testing the vaccine on us. They haven't really tested it yet. So you shouldn't take it.

In any case, get the HPV vaccine without delay.

Your doctor will ask you and you have to be honest with her in the interest of your health. Your doctor CANNOT tell your mother that you've had sex unless you give her permission to.
