I remember seeing it on M.T.V. Dance i think it might be called 'satallites'. The girl singing it had long blonde hair and a little hat on ( i know that doesn't really narrow it down ) but any ideas would be grateful.

I went to mtv dance site just now. could it be Fergie, Big girls don't cry. In her pic she has blonde hair and a hat on. hope this helps
