The baby can turn up until the very last minute. And, I had THREE c-sections, and the scar is not as noticable as you would think they go right on top of your top bikini line..it would be covered by a bathing suit. Also, some doctors will try to turn the baby using pressure during an ultrasound if the baby hasn't changed positions by then. If she is in the tranverse position now..she is probably switching on around. Don't worry, things usually work out and babies turn the way they are supposed to. They know what the are "suppose" to do. Best of luck!

She could be moving to the head down position. Some don't turn until oh say week 34-36. If you do have to have a c-section ask them to do the bikini cut. That way its going across and hides under the bikini line than up and down. Other than that, I can't think of anything to help the baby turn, but lay on your left side, sometimes that helps a little bit. Good luck on the new little one!

I don't have any pertinent information concerning breech positions....those questions would be best answered by a doctor and midwife. But I did want to tell you that C-sections are not horrendous and you do not have a scar on your tummy, but on your bikini line, which is hidden by pubic hair, and almost invisible even when not. Don't worry about the scar, but do all you can for the health of your baby.
Good luck!

haha! no! I felt the same way. And felt it 10 times more the first month my baby was here. He is 6 months now and I still dont want another for a whileeeee. Its a big toll on a human body and it shouldnt really happen back to back anyways. :) You also have alot of hormones at the moment, that could explain some emotions and thoughts you have right now..Take care and GOOD LUCK! :)

How vain! You should be worried about the baby, not "tummy scars". Who cares if you get a scar from a c-section as long as the baby's healthy? That is what's important, right? I hope so.

Who knows, she may have already turned head down, or she may just wait and turn at the very last minute. As far as C-section goes, that's entirely up to your doctor. But you have a few more weeks to wait. So just be patient. Good Luck!!!! Congradulations.!!!

ok... yes it's possible that she can move head down normally.. and if she doesnt the doctor may be able to move her... but as for the scars.. hunny, excuse me for sayin' this.. ur probably not ready for a baby. What about strech marks? some woman get them and they NEVER go away... grow up hun.. ur gonna be a mommy, that little tiny scar is the last of ur problems... but i hope ur baby is o.k.

you are WAY too early in this pregnancy to worry about the babies position, write back when you are breech at 37weeks. baby can do whatever it wants right now
