Kaitlyn Paige-I like this a lot. This is my 2nd favorite. Kaitlyn is very pretty and classic and Paige is very pretty.
Elizabeth Mylie- 3rd place, Elizabeth is very nice, but I don't consider Mylie a name (JMO) and I don't think it flows well with Elizabeth.
Morgan Alexandra- I love the name Morgan! I don't like Alexandra that much though, I think Alexandria is MUCH prettier, and classier. 4th place.
Mikaela Ashley- My favorite, because I love both names. But I don't think they flow too well together.
Alexandra Sarah- I like Sarah, as you already saw, not Alexandra. This is my least favorite because I don't think that the two names go together at all.

I think that they are all pretty names. I like Kaitlyn Paige the best but I did notice that you have Elizabeth Mylie that is named after you. I think one of those is your best choice. Just remember a name should be special to you and should hold hopes for your child in the future. Give her a name she will thank you for later.
