i'm not really happy with my recent friends and i sorta lost my personality when i entered high school.
I want to become me again, make new friends, and have a bigger impact on people.

Make a mission for yourself. Like talk to at least two people in all of your classes or have a conversation with the person in front of you in all your classes. That way you'll definitely meet people!

To meet more people, join a club, team, or run for office. High school is pretty fun but you have to balance both fun and schoolwork. Good luck!

I experienced the same dilema when I was a sophomore in high school.

The friends I had didn't compliment me, nor did they have my best interest at heart. Now that I look back, they used me because they knew that I wanted to be a part of their clique. The school I attended was a small school, so I ended up transferring to a larger high school to start over. Needless to say, I had better friends and memories that I will never forget!

To answer your question, have you joined any high school clubs? Volunteering is also best, because there you can meet different people who share the same interest as you? It also depends on the size of your high school.

Good luck in starting over! I know how it feels!

ANSWER: Just do it! A wise person once said: "Be the change you want to see in the world".

Just be who you are. Your true friends will stay with you. Your fake friends will fade away. New people will gravitate towards you - as they sense your sincerity. People can pick out the posers - they lack passion. If people notice the difference in you, explain it to them. Tell them that through high school, you've changed, lost yourself, and are just re-claiming everything that you're comfortable with, finding yourself and loving yourself.

All the best and God Bless you.

You need to ask yourself why you are not happy with your current friends? If it has to do with their char actor, and such things then consider involving yourself in different activities that bring you in contact with new people.

The fact that you are concerned about this shows that you are already starting the process of starting over. Just let it happen and things will be fine.

Good Luck.

Hey summer is a long period of time just go back to school and start acting different. Join some clubs, enter some contests, soon people old and new will come to you.

Good Luck

Most teenagers are 'starting over' nearly everyday . . .
It's a natural aspect to those new and raging hormones .
You should always be making new friends anyway ,
What's up with that being a big issue ?
