Ive been having rare cramping and sharp painsin my pelvis...?

No im not pregnant, im on the birth control shot, so i dont have a period ever, which is really great. But ive been having cramps lately, and sharp pains in my pelvis. What could that be.

It could be related to the medication but I would recommend getting in touch with your doctor to let them know what's going on to see what they say.
