What goes well with really blue eyes and fair skin?

Blue eyes are beautiful! Bring those features out for the world to see! Eye shadow can help. Wear a blue color. Blue is very general, I'll be more spicific.
As you move up toward your eye brows the eye shadow should get lighter. There should be three different shades, not counting bledend colors. Get your eye shadow ready! Get out a deeper royal blue, and a light powder blue. Get 2 Q-tips out. First start at the bottom (closer to the eye). Make sure the blue stretches across the whole bottom part of the eye lid. Wear a darker, deeper royal blue.
Then the next side of the Q-tip, for the middle mix the royal blue with the light blue. You should get a mixed color. Then you apply it above the dark blue shadow. Next you take another Q-tip and apply the light powder blue.
Next if you see this looks like you applied a little too much, take a tissue and blot, but do not blend colors, also do not make the shadow go off out of the eye lid.
Now what you just did was brought out your beautiful eyes. To add extra affect, you can add a little mascara. You can wear this every day. But if you feel like changing it up a bit, thats fine too. Hope I helped :)

My friend with blue eyes and brown hair uses a champagne colored eyeshadow and her eyes always POP it's crazy. Also if you have any undertones in your eyes, like flecks of green or gold, use an eyeshadow that is the color of those flecks! If you have a green tint for example, use green eyeliner and your eyes will pop. Do that for any color undertone in your eyes and you'll look amazing. But champagne just works for some reason I'd try it.

I'm a blue-eyed blonde, and the best colors for me are:
1. Teal Green
2. Moss Green
3. Soft pink
4. Lavendar
Also, make sure that you are using a light color on the inside of the eye. This will make your eyes appear bigger and more open. For people with lighter hair, this should be an off-white or very light beige. For people with darker hair, pure white works.

The best eye shadow for you is a medium shade of purple. You shouldnt wear anything black on your face because you have beautiful eyes that you need to show off!
If I was you I would choose some medium light colors

there is this eyeshadow from almay (w/ 3 shades inside of it) that is made specifically for blue eyes...they use 3 different shades on on different parts of ur eye to make sorta a shadowing effect...trust me it'll work really well and it looks very good

i have blue eyes and fair skin and pink looks great on me. i think green would be cute too. Browns of any sort are also very flattering.

a lighter color than your eyes always works, for blue i would use like a dark gold, or a light brown.
