What is the stink palm?

I carry anti-bacterial gel around with me - So I'm not worried about that. Besides, if there's a restroom around, I'll take advantage of it.

EDIT: "EW!" Rofl! I would expect businessmen to have higher standards of cleanliness.

I only shake hands in a business situation and I don't think I have to worry about professional adults doing that sort of thing.

No, just terrified they didn't wash their hands after going to the bathroom or have recently picked their nose.

as in "unwashed hand?" Yes, I worry about that all the time. I've been in bathrooms and seen how many people just walk out.

then I sneak away and wash my hands. I work with disabled people and they are not clean, due to no fault of their own.

There are probably more germs on our cell phones than in a handshake.
