is there anyone who is really smart and gets great grades but gets bad grades or struggles with math

or is being good at math synonymous with being smart

anyone have like a 3.5 gpa at college but has C's in math?

Math is logical knowledge, it relies on the idea that there's rules that cannot be changed. You just might be better with practical knowledge. If you'll notice that some mathematicians seem to not have common sense... that's why, they have logical knowledge but no practical. Then there are those people that have both.
Then again it might be the teacher or the course that you have trouble with.

I have had that problem for years. English is my best subject and I do well in all others but, put #s in front of me and I can't work well. My boss says #s do a # on me. Ha Ha it is only funny because he is an accountant. But, I do agree that some who are good in all subjects can be stumped by a math quiz. I am proof.

well i am not smart.....that is my weak point .... i am so simple nature,emotional,inocent...........................but i am too good in maths.even i really like maths...............
