A swisher is a cigar irt is short for swiser sweet
Yes they are bad for you.They cause mulitple forms of cancer and other life threataning dieses.

ahh another question for my classic file of things i dont understand , i believe its a small cigar and its as bad as cigerettes

its a cigar that people use to roll blunts with.....don't use when driving!
