Most of the time, yes. We have four kids to prove it! There are other ways to finish too(without going into details) we like a variety. If you are really not ready for kids, I recommend not only the pill but another contraceptive. We used foam and vaginal spermicides with the pill. Never can be too careful if you're not ready to start a family. Good luck :)

Yeah, I did. Just be careful if you're not ready for kids as I was 2 for 2 against birth control. (I like to think it's because of my super sperm, yes I do.) You owe it to yourself to let go of one inside her, though. Just observe the rhythm method plus bc and you should be golden.

I've tried a few "external climaxes" with my wife over the years, and quite frankly, they are unsatisfying. Stay in (wherever you happen to be in at the moment) and enjoy the closeness.
