I would like to supply cardboard boxes, Photo Album, photo frames and other products to pathmark and other big stores. please advise.

For cardboard boxes, you aren't going to be able to compete with people like Georgia-Pacific and other billion dollar companies.

Small and large retail stores have a person in charge of aquiring new products to sell. Just talk to a store manager or call up the company and someone will direct you to the right person.

If they are interested in your product they will give you instructions on how to submit details about it and maybe even setup a meeting with you if required. If they accept your product they will order an initial supply from you and hopefully your product will sell out, and your business will grow. :)
