Prison Guards. They don't have enough balls to go become a cop. No authority figures respect them either.

Sadly, our government. Not police or fire fighters but our President, Vice Pres those guys. They have the power to change things and make this country a better place for future generations but is more worried about making money and not looking stupid. That's what the rich worry about.
