Fat and Sassy
Cakes, Cookies and Such

Sometime in the future I want to own my own bakery and I have come up with this name. My mom used to say she was fat and sassy all the time and I think it's funny. What do you think?

Fat and Sassy is cute but you also don't want to remind people that eating your food can make them fat...

While cute it may be, i dont think it would be a good name for a bakery. You want a name that will draw people in - not scare them away. Would you go into a store with the word fat in its name? especially a bakery store? Fat would make people turn away - especially in todays world where weight is on everybodies minds.

The sassy part I like - but I would replace the word fat.

I'd keep the Sassy part, if there's an important reason for it, but the Fat part would make me, and maybe a lot of other people feel uncomfortable eating there.

Cakes, cookies and such; sounds like a very delicious place, I like this better. I do not like fat and sassy (it makes me think that they only have fattening food when the second name sounds more up scale).
Good luck with your new business.

I don't know about the Fat part. I'd try to come up with something else. Sassy is good though. =)

I like Fat and Sassy, it has a ring to it. The other one is too long for my taste. Good luck with your business.

Fat and Sassy is not good, particularly in our growing heath conscious society.

Cakes, Cookies and Such is a better name, but maybe just "cakes and such" or "cookies and such," you don't want the name to be too long!

Hmm, I wouldn't name my business Fat in Sassy.

I think putting the word fat on the door will keep away a large number of large clients...and lets face it .....they are the ones eating cakes and cookies.

It's original, but it might dissuade health conscious buyers when they're reminded of the fat they're about to consume.
