Assuming full teams and counting all staff ......

Early shift ... five carers, one senior, one manager (weekdays), one handyman (ditto), three domestics and two kitchen staff.

Late shift ... four carers, one senior, one domestic, one kitchen staff.

Nightshift .... one carer and one senior

This is excluding myself of course and when the manager feels the time is right, there will be four on nights.

A team of approximately 160 Teachers, 100 teaching support staff including Teaching Assistants, Learning Mentors, about 70 other support staff including LRO, Graphic Support, IT support, premises, and catering staff. About 320 in total but we do serve a student (11-19) body of 1,350. So a bit of a larger group of people than you. I make a great point of knowing everyone's name, on the staff, I could not claim the same for the student body.

About 50 directly but probably about 500 over the whole country and I do deal with everyone by phone or email quite regularly because of the nature of my job.
