Submit to AP OR wire service?

A Man in our town shot his wife in the head, but because his dad.s a high powered attoney and freinds with all the Right people, he still walks Free.
my Question is how do i get this story to the AP or the Wire service because my Local paper will not or can not give me a Link???? Please E-mail me with the Link

AP IS a wire service it's associated press, although you have to do is yahoo it.
