The Core of the earth is part of the earth's mass structure.
As per Newton first law of inertia the whole mass structure of the earth moves together in unison.The earth relative to the ecliptic is moving counterclock wise and is also spinning counterclowise at a changing tilt of 23.5 degrees.tilt.
The Earth's magnetic poles are not fixed but are continually changing relative to the motion of the earth's moving fluids.
