what is an activity that you do in everyday life to deal with stress and problems? it can be anything. watching a tv show, listening to a certain CD, playing a sport, talking to a special someone, etc...

for me, i love to walk. i find that a few minutes alone with nature clears my mind and my thoughts. i also love to write. it's a good way to get your thought off your chest without bugging someone else about it :)

I like walking, trying to resolve whatever it is that is stressing me out and if it is something I can't fix, then I either eat a little chocolate, work out, walk, or cuddle with my hubby!!

I love talking to Jeff about my problems. I also like to just go outside away from everyone and chill, listen to music. Those things clear up my thoughts and it helps me avoid getting into a bad argument with the person I'm having the problem with!

I also like to walk, and listen to music. But what works the BEST for me---is playing with my children, that one smile, that one look or that hug--takes it all away, and makes everything seem not that bad, relieves the stress and makes a huge smile on my face--it warms my heart!!!!

i like to walk, write, sing, dancing is really good too! It really helps me to just concentrate on one thing. I also have a friend that I like to talk to! Another thing, that I rarely do, is laying in the grass and staring at the clouds. It sounds babyish, but it's really calming.

My outlet is my sweet little puppy dog. I play with him or take him on a walk for my outlet. Isn't he cute?

very good question! i like to ride my motorized bicycles. i hop on, and the stress and worries melt away with the miles. very good therapy with self-time as a bonus (i dont like crowds of strangers)

walking, hiking, riding the exercise bike
