The "giver" is unwilling to accept what is true and keeps searching. The "seeker" is disbelieving of the truth is unwilling to accept the "giver's" gift.
Overall, the giver is far happier than the seeker.

That happens every day with anyone meets anyone. Everone is seeking and giving truth...the problem is that no one's idea of truth is the same so they normally just pass on by and call each other an idiot.
However, if they really do share the same concept...I think it's called love.

Appreciation, or in other words a positive emotion which leads to allowing the natural flow of creative or true love.
Is it a permanent state? Imo, no, as long as negative emotion can enter the flow can be curtailed or at least restricted just like water in a garden hose.
