You can say sex you know?

it probably is.

sex is great but both people have to have the same understanding on it.

It's a give and take situation. And neither person can do more of either because that makes it unbalanced and that causes problems.

Sex is important but I'm just as well without it. Especially right now since I don't want a child and the pills I'm on are giving me horrible side effects so I'm scared to trust them.

You can't let sex be the relationship. If that is what you're doing- stop.

You need to be in an emotional relationship before you bring physical into it.

Well, if relationships start out sexual and there isn't any love involved, it COULD mess things up.
Me and my SO started out hot and heavy, and things have dwindled a bit, since we've gotten older, but they're still great. It's more about love than about sex-but sex on a scale of 1-10 of importance, I give a four. It's important, but if the plumbing stops working for age or medical reasons, I could still love him and be faithful.

Sex is important in what it does.

Sex is more than 2 minutes, 52 seconds of squishing noises; it is an emotional and spiritual; connection.

On those terms, sex is very important, but if all you want to do is "dump you load", you miss out on so much

do you mean SEX? if it is you don't make it clear if you are having sex or not, if not that could be the problem, without knowing how old you are or your religious convictions, it's not easy to make suggestions, but if it isn't against your religion & you are of legal consenting age where you live, and you are not having sex, maybe thats the problem, if you feel you should wait for the "right guy" and the people you are going out with are not what your comfortable doing it with then it's them that have the problem not you, no one should pressure you into doing something you don't want to.

Not at all. It simply doesn't figure in my life ... in the real world.

Sure I get ... urges, I'm human and there are web sites out there I know of. There's one chatroom in particular but talking about indulging in the carnal arts is interesting for only so long and for me, it loses it's excitement after about ten minutes .... unless I'm having a really bad case of the urges but I'm over it now so I'll go back to my original statement.

Used to be very but only when still brain washed into believing that having sex with someone made the relationship more meaningful or that someone else could give me more pleasure than i could on my own.

Sex is quite important to me but i could go without it. Me and my boyfriend have sex and as i moved in with him today and actually sitting in his living room with him now (exciting he he) i think our sex life is going to start being more well active but its not that important to me as long as there is love it doesn't matter.

I'm 18 with a bf, but I won't allow him to have sex with me until we are married and he respects that. There are other ways to please ur man and still keep the relationship hot and passionate. For me, making love should be reserved for marriage as it is for 2 people who love each other immensley. Sex outside of marriage is just wrong. U need to set boundaries up front and if they can't respect them then they aren't worth dating, nor do they care for u.
