Do you get a paid health plan? If so, what type of coverage does it include? If it covers doctor visits for you as well as dental visits and prescription costs, then that could amount to thousands of dollars more per year in benefits. Do you get bonuses? For instance if you work 3 months without missing a day or being late, do you get a raise or a $1,000 cash bonus? That changes things doesn't it. Once you get your foot in the door and show the employer that you are DIFFERENT the the common late for work employee, you'll be surprised at how your pay changes for the better.

That depends on how many hours are worked annually. If it is forty hours perweek, that is $280 per week, annualized to 52 weeks, it is $14,560. This does not take into account unpaid vacation time, overtime or part-time.
