just spotted like 3 there like attached to the moss but look as if there floating straght up ? what is it ?

How long are the strands? If they are short little stubby strands, it is just new growth on the Moss (which is a good sign). If it is longer than 1/4 of an inch, it is either dead Moss or dead algae.

Sounds like it is dieing, Java moss is easy to care for tho. I suggest you do a water change.

might be algae growth
java moss is usually all over the wood, no one really adds oe strain.
