There is a difference between things that I need and those that I would like to have. I need a laptop for my day to day work. I would like to have enough money to be able to afford two vacations abroad every year.
I don't have either of these now, and the sooner I get them (wishful thinking perhaps) the happier I will be.

Not much. I'm pretty happy and have few worries. I guess I need an impersonal, drill seargant type physical trainer to make sure that I'm exercising properly.
