Looks like you've managed to stir up a bunch of bottom feeders (or is it just one with multi-accounts?), none of whom answered the question.
Answer is that as near as they can determine, bush has regained consciousness. All cheney did while acting as alleged president was to issue pardons in advance for himself, monkey boy and other bush-league crooks.
