It shouldn't. That sounds pretty normal. A cycle can be 21-30 days with a period lasting 3-7 days. You sound pretty normal. you just have a shorter cycle.

You may actually have an easier time getting pregnant because you are cycling more often... There is a window of approximately 4 days each month that women are fertile -- 2-3 days before you ovulate, the day you ovulate and perhaps one day after. You can use your body's own signs (temperature and cervical mucus) to help indicate your peak fertility times. There are many books and web-sites available for natural family planning if you are trying to conceive.

Your period doesn't have much to do with getting pregnant though.

I think I would have wanted your cycle. Mine was every 28 days, lasting 7 days and I never had a hard time conceiving. If your paps are normal, no cysts, cancer, endometriosis, I wouldn't worry, at least you'll be able to tell accurately, when something is out of whack.

it doesnt matter the length. if your regular which it sounds like you are, you have an excellant chance of getting pregnant. Now if your period went like
6 days in february
12 days in june
1 day in july
4 days in september
then you might have something to worry about. Good luck!

No, not necessarily. If everything else is ok, then you should be able to predict your ovulation a bit easier than some whose cycle is unpredictable at best.
