Let's see:
He sold secrets to China,
He and Hillary murdered one of their workers to keep secrets and covered it up by making it look like a suicide.
He pardoned criminals that paid Hillary's relatives for the pardon.
I sure hope he wasn't saving the real bad stuff in order to stay in favor w/ Americans.

No, I don't think Sen. Clinton is asking to take her husband's place. She has her own place in politics, her own qualifications, her own experience, and her own very impressive intelligence to do the job of President of the United States. Bill and Hillary Clinton are not Siamese twins. They of course have the same basic belief system when it comes to politics, but she'll run the White House her way - not her husband's way. If I've ever seen a woman who doesn't need her husband to hold her hand it's this one. True, she has an advantage because he is her husband - his approval rating in this country is over twice that of our current President. But she is more than capable of running this country all on her own. She'll use him wisely in a key position when she's elected, she'd be silly not to. As far as when he was in office, I'm sure she had some influence in his decision making to some degree. She wasn't the Laura Bush baking cookies type, and he used Hillary's talents just as she will use his.

EDIT:

Chance:
Yep, it's incredible isn't it. Those who hate the Clintons eagerly embrace all the b.s. about murders never proven, and anything else they can glom onto. It doesn't matter in the least bit to them that this garbage has long ago been dismissed and debunked. To them, a rumor is as good as fact when it comes to trashing the Clintons.

Impossible to say. Even if it did, that isn't necessarily improper. All presidents take into account the likely actions of who they would like to see as sucessors. Does it affect policy? Probably only if the chosen sucessor is likely to directly follow that administration. I don't think Hillary even cosidered running without at least one term in Congress.

==Edit==
Why is the myth of the Clintons ordering murders left and right still going on? Strange that they were so good at it that not one prosecutor in the 8 years since has been able to find one shred of evidence to indict with. Are they that good, or are our prosecutors that bad? I guess only the right wing radio jocks were smart enough to crack the case. Jeez you people are not very intelligent.
