Yeh a homosexual councillor has told the local police to go easy on those perverts that do cottaging in the local park.As a result the kids have to cross a busy rd to go home to use the toilet in saftey and local people have to put up signs tellin the kids not tp go near the bushes or out of sight of people. Why should they be allowed to do these disgustin things at the price of other peoples liberty.Maybe the fact that the councillor indulges in these things may explain it.And be4 the homosexuals start cheerin, local people have become so angerd that some homosexuals have been shot with an air rifle.I dont think that is an appropriate response but if the old bill clamped down on the criminal acts it may stop these extreme outbursts of anger

Local council officers are terrible offenders.
Jumped up clerks who couldnt hold a job in the private sector, yet endless counciltax funds providing new offices, transport and assitants gives rise to an ego matched only by their arrogance and stupidity.

It`s human nature. Give someone some authority and by crikey they are going to let you know they are in charge.
They take advantage of the authority because they are really persons of inferiority complex and it makes them feel good to know they have power over others.
Usually, it`s people who were bullied when they were younger and now have the chance to get their own back, albeit `their own back` on people who never bullied them in the first place.

i find that most people who abuse power or authority or the ones that never had any before and voila.. one day the get a position. also people who have no power at home... so they bully in the workplace..or school. power abusers have no one...profession,.. and are male and female. it also seems those with just a tiny bit of power.. run with it... more than those who have a whole lot of power. its like people who back stab for pennies . that amazes me

I was taught maths by a nun who had a few girls in the class whose bottoms she liked to squeeze, usually those girls who didn't have such great channels of communication with their mothers. Would you call this an abuse of power?
This was the 1980s, and I was one of those girls.

Power abuse is universal. Give someone power and it goes straight into their heads and they forget why they were put in power in the first place.
