My hamstrings are fairly loose already but I want them to be really loose so I can have really high kicks and good ponches (pronounced ponchay) and such. Also if you have any tips for having higher leaps please share. Thanxx in advance♥♥♥

Lay on your back. Raise your leg bent at the knee and hold your thigh vertical. Now raise your lower leg until you feel a tightness in your hamstring. Hold that for 30 seconds. Repeat with other leg next. Subsequent days, as you become comfortable with that lift your leg closer to your heard so that hamstring is pulled more.

You can also do the same set of exercises with your other leg crossed over the raised thigh so it makes added stress on the hamstring which is raising that opposite leg's weight.

I think back and floor work is best for really stretching your muscles. Make sure you're warmed up. Lay on your back and just pull your leg to your head. Keeping your lower back and other leg on the ground.

Since you can already do splits, start doing over splits. Start out with books under your heels and work up to chairs.

For good penches you need a strong back as well. Do back bridges and such.

Good Luck
