Hi! OK, make a list of all the things that you love about yourself such as: "I'm a good daughter". "I am kind to others". "I am intelligent". "I love my hair". Take the points off your list and write them on post-it notes and stick them on your mirror, then whenever you look in the mirror, instead of self deprecating, you will be reminded of all the things that you love about yourself. Also, do some volunteer work in your community such as volunteering at a food kitchen or a nursing home. This will make you feel good about yourself, and you will naturally feel more confident and even beautiful. I know it is hard to believe sometimes, but true beauty really does come from within. ~Marley
