grams measures mass whereas liters measures volume so it can't be done unless you know the density of the object that your weighing, in that case
liters = grams divide density
where density is measured in g / L ( or kg/m^3 )
density values of common substances can be found in this table
http://www.simetric.co.uk/si_materials.htm
note:
if density is measured in g/cm^3 then you have to divide by 1000d instead of just d
the end

1000 grams of air? That is 774 liters
1000 grams of water? That is 1 liters
1000 grams of lead? That is 0.088 liters
So you see, it all depends on what you are weighting.
The average human's density is about the same as water, depending on if you are breathing in or out.

you must know the density of the object
suppose it is d
so 1 liter weighs 1000d gram
and to have the volume in liters you divide the weight by 1000d

If you have a mass of the element/ substance you can convert that to moles using its molar mass. Then you can convert the number of moles into liters.
1 mole = molar mass of element/ substance
1 mole = 22.4 liters
