Im ready to go back to school after a pretty bad year but I dont want to go to a school and get a diploma or certificate and then find out that i cant find any real employment in that field. I want to study ultrasound technology and pharmacy technology.Eventually i want to get my associate's and then bachelors.

I think the emphasis is not in the paper (diplomas and certificates) but in the knowledge you gain after you go through the learning process. You have to pick a good major...I think the medical field is good...at least a stable profession that you do not fear laying off during the bad time as medical is a basic need at all times. As you have a lot of knowledge and a lot of experience, you will be very marketable. Good luck.
