I always end up saying shoulder instead of soldier. But I rarely ever say soldier instead of shoulder.

By your nick I see Italian, if you dominate another language apart from English. Then yes it is normal to make a little mistake like that. With me it's the words than and then.

Eh, not sure. I have one, too. I say funeral when I mean wedding, but I never call a funeral a wedding. I've done it my whole freakin' life. I have no clue why. Freudian slip, maybe. I'm married and happy so I'm not sure what the heck it's all about because I've said it since I was a kid.

Depends. could be normal for people with a speech impediment or a lisp. or could do with the way you were taught to speak
