That's one of the main symptoms of a urinary tract infection. You need to go to the doctor and get some antibiotics and/or drink lots of water and cranberry juice.

You don't say how old you are but a lot of things can cause the urge to urinate to include bladder cancer, a prolapsed uterus, urinary tract infections and ovarian cancer as well as weak muscles...not an all-inclusive list either. You need to see a doctor to elicit the cause and get an effective treatment.

Sounds like a UTI, or urinary tract infection. Try drinking lots of water, and cranberry juice. the acid in the cranberry juice kills the bacteria. if the symptoms dont subside in a couple days (no more than 2) call your doctor. hope you feel better!
