Ok about us we are a rock band basicly that wear black and red alot and have a eletric gutar player(me),and a realy good lead singer &drums. We also have a kid manager that is a twin to the drum player. We sing song about pain and torcher and scream in most of it. Ok now here is the optionsand if they sound lame say it! ok---->

Guilty as Charged sounds the best to me, but If I ever picked up the CD in a store I would drop it immediately because just you descriptions of the band let me know it sucks.

I like Burning Hearts best of ones suggested. Legal is correct spelling for "Leagal" and Torture is correct spelling for "torcher."

Guilty As Charged sounds the best.
Paint the town black, Red Letters, Holding on til Death awakes just don't sound good. The names doesn't 'catch' my attention.
Burning Hearts just sounds like a 'plain old generic' band name.

The only one I kind of like is Holding on till Death Awakes, but it sounds more like a song title than a band name to me. If I had to pick, it'd be Death Departing or Red Letters.

guilty as charged, but then again that sounds kind of like a country band, so maybe Red Letters. Never heard anything like that one and I have been around a long time.

Red Letters, and Burning Hearts are the best ones there. Might I suggest Burning Letters- Red Heart- Burning Heart- Burning Heat- Red Heat- Black Death- Death Letter. Try different combos of the names you made. They would work great.
